Our Vision & Mission
Vision
To make South Asian mythology relevant and accessible for a new generation by offering children a moral toolbox through captivating stories of empowered female figures. We envision a world where young readers find inspiration and guidance in these ancient narratives, applying timeless values to their modern lives and challenges, and where these important deities become as well known in the Western world as Athena or Aphrodite.
Mission
To craft enchanting children's books rooted in ancient wisdom and rich cultural heritage. Our mission is to intentionally center female voices, bringing to life the strength, wisdom, and resilience of mythological heroines. Through these powerful narratives, we aim to empower children to embody universal values such as courage, compassion, and integrity with unwavering confidence, fostering a strong sense of identity and purpose, and elevating these deities to a prominence in the Western world.
